(commencing April 2026)

Small group programs include Gentle Yoga for Cancer and Yoga for Strength and Stability.

Programs consist of 1 x 60 minute class per week and run for 6 weeks.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a supportive yoga program for women impacted by cancer who are experiencing fatigue, pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, or ongoing treatment-related side effects. It is particularly suited to those who feel deconditioned, cautious about movement, or are new to yoga.

This is a chair-supported class. Participants may remain seated for much or all of the session and do not need to get up and down from the floor. This makes the class accessible for people with limited mobility, balance concerns, or reduced strength.
